    Agreed, I have seen the idler. My plan is to buy the tensioner and idler. I was going to use my existing gears, but maybe I should buy the chain from them as well.

    I'm reviving this several years old thread to see if this idler tensioner kit worked out OK? It's time to replace my 2TG timing Chain and can't find guides and slipper anywhere. Thinking about this kit but unsure about its use on a daily driver. Not too concerned about the noise but that is something I'd like to know more about as well. More concerned about reliability of this over the stock setup.. Thanks!

    If you check out the 3T-GTE group on fb you will some recent posts of mine.
    I have just got my car back and it's quite noisy (ticking sound). I haven't fully troubleshoot that yet however.

    I have several Kameari parts fitted including this tensioner.
    In saying that I have not ever adusted it and my chain could simply be loose.
