    Default Power FC Commander Question

    Hi all,

Im trying to find a hand controller (commander) to suit my EP82 starlet Power FC (AP Engineering) and yet the controller has been discontinued for many years.

I've been told by an eBay seller:
The EP82 PFC (both early and late models) took a 415-T001 (old model) commander. The new EL commander (415-A030 / FCC4) is firmware compatible with all PFC models that took the 415-T001.

Do i trust this seller, or am i going to fall for the trick that has seemed to get a lot of people when you search through google.

    Cheers in advance
    Ben

Well, Majority of Toyota use a 415-T001 commander (which I think would be the one you need). Some AP Engineering one uses 415-N001 depending on model. However, the new 415-A030 is supposed to be "universal" for ALL power fc model. I know it works for my friend's silvia SR20DET with older firmware power fc and I saw R34 with RB26 also using it (on a newer firmware power fc). So judging from that, it should work for u! Hope that would help.
