    Default Toymods Hacked? Virus?

    Hey,

    Firefox is telling me that toymods.org.au is a Reported Attack Page!

    Whats happening? Using IE now and i did have some sorta of PDF autodownload which then opened up a help and support window for WIn XP.

    Just my PC?

    Most likely some of the adds on the page have malicious code in them. Happens all the time, I'm getting it here too.

    my firewall at work wasnt letting me on for a while this morning saying it was blocking malicious attacks from here too.

    someone needs to check the ads methinks

    had to reply through IE because it will no longer let me reply using Firefox, even when I choose to ignore the warnings.

    What happened when Google visited this site?

    looks like it's definitely the adds.

    Had the same issue here in Firefox, you can simply uncheck the "block reported sites" box from the security options in firefox to get around it for now...

    I think the ads should have to pay a little extra something for killing traffic due to blacklisting the site and all

    Default Friefox / Google blocking Toymods?

    Hi Guys,

    I tried to log in via firefox and got this page, several times and I cant log into the the site via Firefox.

    Internet Explorer is ok...

    I'm sure the site is fine but this may be causing people issues when trying to log in.

    I was just about to post the same thing.

    It just started happening in the last 10 mins - I got onto the breaking news therad fine but then treid to open some other threads and got the above warning.

    Looks like one of the banners may have been called out for not behaving as it should. I'm sure Rob will get onto this ASAP to get it sorted out from both the advertiser and Safe browsing block perspective. Until then you could use IE to browse the site.

    as stated earlier in the thread you can also change the security levels in the options menu for Firefox to allow it to access flagged sites. I did this earlier and everything appears the same as it did before the site got black marked.

    I also use the adblock plus add-in so the banners will not infect anything.
