If you're not sure if your helmet is compliant or not, go down to your nearest bike shop and buy a $70 RXT special - that's what I did, I'm only going to use it once or twice a year and I'm only going to be doing 140 at the trap so it's not too much faster than freeway speeds, plus it's only for one night.

At least you'll have a bit more warning for rain....I'll be leaving here about 1:30, that's an awfully long time for things to cloud over and get ugly. Especially since it has been raining on and off here all morning.

I am all of 5 minutes from the track and its stopped raining and is currently bright and sunny outside, Plenty of time for it to dry out for a great night of racing.

On the minor chance it does get called off we will all go and have a feed somewhere so watch this space

Yeah I just got off the phone with them and they said it had been cancelled

However it's only been 5 minutes between mine and Stitts calls so maybe give them another try later just to be sure I guess.

Ok the website has just announced that tonight's Drags are Cancelled

So since we all have the night put aside anyway we may as well make the most of it and go for a feed.
