weird indeed.....I get the same result when searching for "ISCV", but the search works fine on other words.

Is the term "ISCV" the only one giving you an issue?

"4age" works, while "4ag" doesn't...

are the normal search rules being applied to the google search somehow?

edit: lots of TLA's fail. 7mge also fails

Strange, its likely to be a google problem. I havnt found any weird indexing issues elsewhere though.

All my code is doing is just directing Google to limit its searches to the toymods.org.au domain.

Edit: ahh, i see the problem. Its pointing at the old toymods.net domain, not Toymods.org.au. Here is the revised code:

yeah i had the same prob yesterday but searching other terms worked so i just ignored it.
