Cables changes will fix the problem of course.
Otherwise there's a modifaction that can be done to the selector arms. Can't remember exactly, it has been discussed on twincam.org and probably here too.
hey guys just did ae92 GZE conversion on my ae92 sx and was wondering did i need to change the cables from shifter to gearbox?? i only ask because it feels like they need to be a little shorter coz its like 1st, 3rd, and 5th need like 1/2 an inch more movement!!

Yes, the gearbox doesnt quite go into gear with the shorter shifter cables.
Do it properly.

thanks guys... yeah the option is redrilling the bracket on the gearbox!! that was what i was thinking of doin just didnt want to try till someone else told me it would work!!
