Supra rear seat belt re-installation

A while ago I took the rear seat belts out of my A70 supra but now i need to re-install them, the problem is that when I took them out they fully retracted and now they wont come back out . There must be a way of getting the belt to come out so someone please enlighten me!

if you install the retractable coil thingy (the large bit), you'll find the belt will come out. it locks if it's not hanging at its normal angle

Has to be held at a certain angle in order to pull out without locking.
