Well Toymoders its Time to head south to hang out with the CCG.

Shannons wheels expo is a 1000+ car, car show. Its of all makes and models with cars running from the 40-50's right through. All major marques are represented.

The show is on the lawns of Parliament house in Canberra and this will be the first year that Toymods has attended.

Like Toyota Fest this is a show about getting cool cars out and about, no need to have a mint show stopper all cars are invited to attend.

What to Bring: Some $$$ for the BBQ and maybe a fold up chair to sit on

Canberra Celica group have been coming to Toymods events for ages so now its time head south to one of the major events on their calendar. From the meet point it should take just under 3 hours to get to Canberra its just on a 540km round trip.

If people are interested in coming down on the Sat night, I am willing to organise group accommodation and also a cruise or dinner and drinks, please post in the thread if you are interested

Yeah i've been kicking around an idea for a weekend down there soon too, might see how it would fit in on this weekend.

If your there for the weekend, the Skyfire fireworks night is on the Saturday night. it is usually a good fireworks show over the lake.

I might be there for this one, was already planning to be down there for that weekend to see the folks.

So who is coming down, with me living in Canberra I won't be in Sydney to lead a cruise down.

So who is coming sat night or Sunday??? do we need to organise a feed or gathering???

I'm still keen to come down Sat arvo/evening.
Rather have the expense of a motel or something rather than the really long day of an early drive.

As there appears to be no love for the Sunday run to Canberra I am cancelling the Silverwater meet up.

If anyone is keen on driving down on Sunday either shoot me a pm and we can organise something.......at the moment I am planning on hitting the Sunnyholt Road entry to the M7 at around 6am.

I'm out unfortunately.
I started fitting the ST205 brake on tonight. Rears are fine (apart from getting the handbrake adjusted properly), but the fronts need more work, which I need to sort.
