Well my accomodation is booked. I am bringing the family and Matilda couldn't accomodate all of us so we have a couple of rooms in some hotel around the corner.

    Looking forward to it.

    Hi guys,
I am a complete 'karna virgin - not even sure yet if I am ready to give it up at this event...

Can relevant licenses be obtained on the day?
Is there be information on what standard of safety equipment is required i.e. fire retardand clothing??

If someone can spare me a minute of keyboard time to give what are probably pretty obvious answers to all but a total NEWB I would be grateful!

    Cheers,
    Jason

No safety equipment required, it is classed as a non-speed event, and you probably won't get out of 1st gear

Licenses should be available on the day, they certainly were last year.

Jason, If you think you'll have a good time at this event, you will its a blast

Saftey equipment isn't a prob, if you are running real quick at the drags you may need a tailshaft loop, but as for clothing, wrists to ankles for both events and a helmet for the drags.

Nothing much is needed for the average street car
