Gee Shane, you ain't taking the piss are you

It was Teon who got the best overall after the "handicap" system was worked out, right.
And if so, well done to him. I was surprised to get any trophies last year, and if that was the rules for that year, then that's the way it was.

If a change happens, then it happens, if not, so be it. I was just happy to be able to have a go, and the SA gang did a good job in running it.

its a learning curve n could only get better, like i said "they are not professionals" ,& anyway its not on tv, im sure they did the best they could. i had a ball n killed a diff

& to be fair how many AWD toyotas turn up? are you there just for a trophy?? or fun??
im sure if you wanted to volunteer it could only add & help the event.
(i dont know how these events are scored or timed, it was jus a thought)

and i think if any1 has any ideas for classes or anything this would be a good spot to say, kind of like a suggestion box
Yes, the problem wit hte written language, it can often be read more than one way.

Dunno about how many AWDs were there last year, but I think it was around 6 or 7, and knowing some of the people, it will be more this year, and often improved upon.

I turn up for fun, but competition is fun for some. Why do you think we go racing?

Which of those options do you want in the boot?
I'll see how I go with fixing my car's engine. Should have some space to spare.

Not necessarily, as it all depends upon the class the vehicle is entered into and throwing money at something for show and shine doesn't mean the vehicle will win. Same as spending big dollars on a car for motokhana, it doesn't guarantee it will win.

all i was tryn to say is lets jus hav fun (how eva you do it) n not bitch about it.

and i think there will be an awd class this year.

3 tracks, 2 runs on each, best time taken from each track
so 3 track times added together, winner will be the fastest total of the 3.
i hope that makes sense n i didnt get it wrong?

volunteers are welcome to help, so il put your name down steve ?

    Hi all,

Unfortunately due to a shortage of our CAMS-accredited officials being able to attend the Nationals this year, we will not be able to hold the motorkhana for you. This is a regretful decision not taken lightly, and are grateful the drags are back to be able to fulfill the motorsport component, and we hope to hold the 'khana again in 2011 (especially seeing the enthusiasm the event has generated just over the last two years). Most of us will still be making the drive over from Adelaide, and hope to catch up with you all.

    Cheers,
    Ian,
    Vice President, ToyotaCarClub.net.
