Default replacing MX83 front wheel bearings

Just wanting to know whats required in order to change the front wheel bearings of a mx83 cressida grande, so with abs.
I've tried searching google as well as here and the cressida forums to try and find out how to but there is no real answers.

I have the the wheel bearing and oil seal as seen on this link.

How hard is it to remove the bearing from the axle hub? is this possible? do i need a new nut to assemble the hub or can I reuse the old one? do i need any special tools, or is this achievable with just standard tooling?

    any help appreciated.

I'll assume its the standard jobbie, never done it on an mx83, but its all the same.

You will need a new split pin, but the old nut is good.
Pry out the rear seal, removed the old bearing.
    Remove the front bearing
    Hammer/Press out the old races.

Press in the races, or use the old races angle-grinded down to hammer in the new race.
    Install greased bearings and seal.
Grease up the spindle and bolt it back together with the correct torque.
    Job done.

Look at the link I posted. These don't have inner or outer races or a split pin etc. It looks like it's pressed in. Is there a way to remove the bearing from the hub and putting a new one in without special tooling? or do I need to use a hydraulic press to press the bearing in? or can i just tap it in softly with a rubber hammer or something?

Yeah, cos RWD cars can't have sealed bearings. Have you worked on any cars newer than an RA28?

You'll be needing a press. Very similar to a FWD setup. If they are noisy and have a fair bit of play, changes are the hub will be rooted too.

There is a circlip behind the rear seal that has to come out and then press the bearing out with a massive press. A hammer even with an oxy torch wont budge it. The bearing is more like a front wheel drive bearing using two parallel rows of balls than a old fashioned tapered bearing.

Yup, this is correct. Gav is correct too. kickstartRA28 is way off the mark.
