Default kink in fuel line on mx83

i spent today putting a walbro pump in my cressida

i noticed that the main fuel line has been bent, i dont think i could have done it as it is bent in the opposite way to what i could have, and it had plenty of movement from the rubber pipe connecting it to the tank. i guess it happened when the conversion was done.

is it worth the hassle to fix it?

    heres some pics

i would, looks like its kinked a bit, could undo all you work fitting the pump by creating a restriction.
    only my opinion tho

its going to be hard to fix as its onpiece from the fuel pump assembly.

can i cut it and use fuel line? or does it have to be metal?

Yep you can cut it and use a fuel line, just make sure to clamp it on good.
Be sure to remove any shavings or loose bits of metal after cutting so they don't remain in the pipe.

ended up cutting it with a pipe cutter and putting two clamps on either end of the hose.

    no leaks so far lol
