I think you will struggle to do a run with ECT on as the box will refuse to hold gear on the dyno as soon as you load it up it will kick down. If it is run it will be a very narrow speed run with overdrive off to keep it in 3rd gear. Anything under 100kmph at WOT it'll kick back to 2nd.

Dont think of it as a "power" button.
The engine wont produce any additional horsepower as all it does is hold the gears longer for around 300-400 rpm under wot.

Just disengage overdrive & adjust the gearbox cable setting, at the throttle body, back as far as the thread will let you. You want the cable to have as much slack as possible.
It will then be able to load up in 3rd from approximately 90km/h without automatically downshifting under wot.
And dont forget to tighten the cable up again after the dyno session.

Hi.Im another virgin for this day looking forward to it.I have a couple of questions.Do we have to be there at 830 or do i have time in the morning to load the car on the trailer and get there say 11.Can we have more than 1 run.My mate has a mustang and escort would he be able to bring them?Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can pay for membership on the day.

Yes, your mate can bring their cars down and put them on the dyno.

As far as the best time to get there... it depends on how busy it is. If it is busy then getting in early is the best method to ensure you get a slot. The last few dyno days have not been very busy, but then again we always held 2 per year... and this time this is the only dynbo day we are holding this year. So, can't really tell if it is going to be busy or not until the day when ppl just rock up.

As far as multiple runs go, my understanding is you pay for a single run. If you want to do some tweaking and re-run then you need to pay for the second run.

Second Runs are available as a general rule. However you must Pay for the second run and It will be Run at the end of the day ONLY if there is spots available..
