Deleting posts? (i can edit only?)

Just noticed that the "edit" button if you hover your mouse over it says edit/delete, but i don't see the option to delete the post, and entering blank text results in it telling me message too short. What have i missed? Can you even do this?

Hi,

Only a moderator has the ability to delete a post. You may edit your post but the edited post must contain 10 characters at a minimum.

Hi,

The best you can do is to delete your original post text and type in 10chars (or more) and change the title to "Please Delete" to get a mods attention. The thread is usually seen and then removed.
