4x114.3 PCD 15" rims - MX73? other?

hi folks,

I'm trying to find identify 15" 4-stud rims for the MZ10 gravel barge.

Can anyone advise if MX73 Cressida rims are 4x114.3? and are they 15" or just 14".

Other suggestions for 15" rims welcome (MZ1x Soarer rims are on that list but they are rather scarce).

I'm probably going to use 15" rally rubber and will be looking for rims to suit the current hubs. Am not sure if I'll be able to run my nissan calipers but that's for another thread.

R31 Syline rims, TRX bluebird alloys, JB onwards Starion rims, MX62/73 Cressida, S13 Silvia etc are all 15in 4x114.3

MX73 rims are the only stock 15's that I know clear the 280mm 4 spot Z32 setup.

peewee: did you try any rims like as jwebb notes? I know you did a lot of testing but i thought they were mostly larger street rims (memory and me are not good friends sometimes)

Nah, purely the MX73 rims.

There aren't many stock 15" rims out there that are wider than 6", so there was no real benefit to chasing other rims.

Yeah, floating styles on stock hub.
15x6 +20

Clear the standard Z32 4 piston 280x30mm setup.
Would also clear the S13 280x22mm single piston setup.

Never test fitted over the 296mm R33 setup though. It would be very close.

Not sure about US market, but I think in Oz we only saw the 15s in that design on MZ1x as Chuck alluded to. All MA61s were 14 by 7.

The XX Celicas (Supra for Japan) without flares had the 15x6s

at least in the USA, they were a one year option on the MkII Supra "L" model(the model without the flares).

I have 2 sets of the Supra wheels, and I just got a set of Drag 902 wheels in white 15 x 6.5 +22 14.5#s (vs the 15" x 6 +20 Supra at almost 17#s)

I think most other countries got them on the non-flared model.
Aust only ever got the flared model though
