How much rep do i have to spread?

I'd actually just like to be able to rep some of the same people repeatedly, as they are generally the ones who are helpful.
I've spread rep to 3-4 different users, and i can't re-rep some people, so how many people do i have to rep before i can re-rep?

You need to rep about 10 people before re-rep.

Look in the right hand side of the post, next to the post number is a set of scales. Thats the rep button.

I'm presuming the Admiral is confused because it has disapeared from some parts of the forum like the Project Threads, you can no longer rep in some areas like you used to be able to.

For note: It was never near the quote button, it was always on the top part of the post next to the post number...
