Default Normally Aspirated Carby/EFI Dyno sheets. Mild 2T-G added

I have asked the question of the moderators and it appears there is no current thread with this information.

As there are a few dyno sheets apperaing for NA motors I believe we gather them here for reference. I'll start a ball rolling with my results and engine spec and see how we go.

It could be a good place for those who need a place to compare their ideas for engine builds and see what results can be achieved.

Also a good reference for tuning those finiky Solexes and EFI units.

    Regards

Here is my sheet to start off.

It can be seen from the A/F ratios it has never been tuned properly.

From my Mild 2T that was in my Three Tone Green TA-22

    Engine:
    1mm O/S Toyota 9.8 pistons
    Stock rods
    Stock crank
    Ligtened OEM flywheel 6.6Kg
    Stock clutch
    All balanced

Mild cam, used to be called a 3/4 race cam back in the eighties (30/70 but cannot recall exact)

    Head:
    Std sized valves
    Mild porting
Shaved to give 10.5:1 compression ratio.
Double valve springs (unknown inners, OEM outers)

    4 into 1 extractors 2.25 inch exhaust

    Mikuni/TRD sidedraught manifold
    Dual 44mm Mikuni PHH carbies
    Main Air jet #160
    Main jet #145
    Pilot jet #60
    Outer Venturi #34

Standard points but recuved distributor with vacuum advance removed.

    Runs on standard Un-leaded fuel.

    Regards

    Heres my N/A graph

    2JZ-GE
    Stock internals
Custom intake piping to HKS Pod
HKS Kansai heat wrapped (6-2-1)extractors w/ heatshield
    3" High flow cat
    2.25" Cat back
    Runs on 98 RON

Lower figure is pre extractors, higher is with extractors, still stockish intake though. No dyno graph of it in it's current form.

    2tg/3t hybrid
    1mm os acl pistons
    stock rods
    arp rod bolts
    coated bearings
    stock crank
    lightened flywheel
    exedy sports tuff clutch
    balanced throughout

    288/304 welded regrind cams
    2tgeu(late model) head
    race double valve springs
    hsd "Race porting"
    approx.10.1 comp
    4 into 2 into 1 pacemaker extractors
    2" exhaust

    Twin 40mm solexes
    #34 chokes
    #180 main jets
    #55 pilots
    ? main air

    Standard points
    Timing is currently very advanced
    runs on 98 octane unleaded

With this setup I should mention that there is a slight hesitation before the power kicks in when the pedal is depressed quickly. The bigger the main jet, the less this hesitation was evident. I am still playing around with the carbs to fix this. Will most likely try bigger pilots for starters. After that I think I will try bigger carbs.

i expected more from damo's setup. the carbs look well tuned though. looks responsive. Looks like he needs bigger carbs - like me!

Straight through intake pipe instead of resonator

Shelldrake's tired 3T-C from the link in his member's ride thread.

As the stock worn out 3T-C benchmark.
