I am pretty sure you will find now you need your own helmet ! There are new regulations to adhere to and new guidelines for elegbility of helmets and what now on the ANDRA and WSID websites ...

Now when you sign in before going to scrutineering, you have to take your Helmet with you, They write down the sticker details of the helmet on your information sheets . This is to stop people swapping helmets and what not. If you have an accident and are using a swapped in helmet , then they are not liable or something ...

Prob a grey area guys and one i would contact them to find out more before you pay your $50 and get turned away !

That sucks, so they took it off you on the spot? Most things take time to come through so you might be ok for the drags, or have you just got the letter?

See if you can get a mate to drive you to/from the event as you will still be able to race.
