I'm fairly sure that the factory pressure is 42psi.
Before anyone can recommend a different fuel pressure you'll need to tell us a) why and b) what mods you have (to the fuel/electronic system)
Hi guys,
Whats a good fuel pressure to run the gen 3 1ggte on and what is the factory pressure
Cheers

Checked my 1ggteu manual - fuel pressue is between 2.4 and 2.8 kg/sq cm, or in real language 34 to 40 psi. I think that you can assume 2.55 kg/sq cm or 36 psi 'cos that is the pressure recommended to measure flow of injectors (think it is 71.5 to 76 cc in 15 seconds at 2.55 kg/sq cm). Now remember the engine has a rising rate regulator which from my collection raises pressure to some 50 psi depending on boost - won't bet on the max value as it is some time since I measured it.
Just a little information - when I had the standard motor in the car I had the opportunity to measure the difference between output (killer wasps) with the vacuum hose disconnected from the raising rate regulator. Instead of the mixture going to some 11.8 - to 12 under max boost it remained in the low 13teens and gave some 11 extra rwkw.
Something to try if you have your car on the dyno

It's not a rising rate regulator, it'sa linear rate regulator, which increases the fuel pressure by 1psi per 1psi of boost.
Gen 1 and 2 running different pressured to Gen 3
Gen 1/2 run 38psi, Gen 3 42psi. (at 0psi boost, 0 vacuum)
