I get trade discount by default (they know me by name, I'm in there that often. Damn imports... )
I can get a price for you if you want, although I am in Brisbane, so there will be shipping from me to you...
Hey be aware that 101 and 111 s/s parts are NOT they same
you cannot swap them around.
101 front arm and camber arm are sold together
111 are separate parts
You could probably try a dealer in NZ as they sell a lot
I DONT WORK FOR TOYOTA ANYMORE
please, no more PMs!
Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that the part worked!!! Thanks for everyones help. Its much appreciated!
Handles alot better now! and no more squeek!
Now I just have to decide if i should keep it or sell it
Keep it!
Sif sell a blacktop Levin. Stick trumpets on it instead.
lol.
True, I just changed timing belt, so I may as well keep it for a while
Do you know what trumpets are best for a basically standard blacktop?
I was considering getting trumpets a while back, but then I dont plan to change the ECU so from memory it wouldnt be much of a power gain. Is this right?
The length of the trumpet determines where in the rev range you get your resonance hit. I drive an AE101 GTZ Levin (supercharged) so I've never gone into it too much.
I'm sure a google will find you some calculators that will help you determine your desired length.
It's not so much of a power gain, more of a tuning of where your power band is. I personally know of 2 AE111 blacktop Levins in Brisbane with trumpets on the stock ECU. Sounds freaking sweet, bit better induction and tuned to the owners driving style and preference.
thanks for the info
so you got gains even with stock manual ecu ?
I'll have to find some of these tubes!! =]
Would they still be effective in standard airbox with cold air running through a pod ?
And another random question, does anyone know a place to get decent headers and cat for ae111?
thanks
The stock headers are about as good as you'll get, unless you drop the coin on a set of Cusco or HKS headers....
The front pipe from the headers to the cat is shocking, get a nice one made up.
The I.mec ram tubes I run in the air box, without they lose too much down low.
anyone got any front parts suit AE111 BZ-R import,.1998
bonnet, bumper, LH lights, LH front guard, radiator & panel
thanks
