    Default Forum upgrade

    Hey all,

ran the upgrade just now.. by 'just' I mean.. these past few hours lol

I decided to give it right back to y'all rather than testing end-to-end before doing so.

Most of the issues will be small visual ones I expect, but if there's some functional problems, let me know too, or post it up here and we'll keep watching it.

I'll keep watching the niggles thread

    http://www.toymods.net//forums/showthread.php?t=50872

Meanwhile, enjoy and apologies for any little variances/inconsistencies around the place.

    Rob

Forcing us to work, for shame.

Althoughi i did enjoy the maintenance message

Sorry, the forums are unavailable at this time due to maintenance. Not really sorry. Like, maybe 30%. We're 70% excited about the upgrades.

We recommend perhaps taking a walk outside, maybe having a look at your car, trawling eBay for the 5th time today for parts or even doing some work.

P.S. My Celica is faster than yours.

    Woohoo, multi-quotes....

Must admit I got used to opening a new tab for each post that I wanted to quote and then just cut-pasting, but still...

    Hi,

How does multi quotes work.. other than making the icon go blue or red?

Been trying to work that out for myself. But it seems that you click the button (to make it red) and then hit post a reply at the bottom - and it will contain the quotes you need.

I may have beaten MR22ZZ, but his is much more detailed

Though i did notice that it puts them in the order that you click the multiquote buttons, not simply by the order in the thread.

it works by making all the quote boxes in the corner RED of the posts you want to quote... then hit the POST REPLY button and the BOTTOM of the page, not the reply button inside the post itself
