    Default ke35 rear sway bar

    I've put a g series hilux diff in my KE35, and, given that it is slightly larger than the old diff, I'm wondering if the rear swaybar Whiteline sell will still fit. Has anyone had any experience with this? Ive tried searching/asking whiteline but cant seem to get answers. Thanks

    since they never came with rear sway bars standard, the rear swaybar kit consits of the bar and some brackets that secure to the diff via U bolts. at each end of the sway bar are brackets that you bolt onto the chassis rails. You have to drill the chassis rail yourself.

    so, i cant say 100% it will fit but;

    if u can get the mesurement of the U bolts and make sure they will fit around the thicker hilux diff, you shouldnt have much hassle fitting it as you can choose yourself where to mount each end link.

    pic to help

    in the pic u can have the U bolts facing down if you want and run the swaybar underneath the diff if you find you are lacking room

    What would be better is if mounting platforms were welded to the diff what way you wouldnt need to the u-bolts.

    I would show you a pic of mine but its at home and im at work.

    But Ive just painted the diff

    Any advantage to this other that not needing U-bolts? It would make things more difficult if I chose to change the setup later on.

    Not really u bolts hold the diff in so it would be substancial to hold a sway bar. Just looks neater.
