my last dyno was over two years ago 130kw i should have close to 200kw by june as my last dyno wasnt back to back i carnt go for most improved, what i was thinking is if i turn the boost down for this run and then next run turn it up, whats the rules on using the same boost each dyno?

Dude as long as its the same car you can do anything between dyno days.

Do you mean turn the boost down for this Dyno Day and then turn it up for the next one? Nothing wrong with that at all

You can vary boost in between runs too (I remember Dan/Flynsx playing with his boost a year or so ago, when it almost grenaded), but on the day the higher power rating from the first set of runs you do is what counts. Most improved is from consecutive dyno days, not consecutive runs

See if the best Jap coupe sold in Australia in 1978 can't not get the wooden spoon for lowest power output. I know talking up a ChryslerBishi's chances on a 'Yota forum counts as blasphemy, but hey, what can ya do?

I really want to see what my 4AC puts out in the sprinter, because I never known a completely stock 4AC to go as hard as this one does. Failing that, the rebuilt 4AGE should be in the 71 by then so count me in.

So... it's just been decided...

For something to do while cars are on the Dyno, we are going to have a car boot sale in the car park! Only two rules... Toyota parts only and no commercial sales.

So bring down all those bits and pieces you've been keen to get rid of and just haven't had time to post up.
