Ta22 3tgte engineer in perth

Hi all, finally got the approval back from main roads to get the ok to go ahead to do my engine and gear box swap,
So the question is, who is a good/decent/won't cost an arm and leg/toyota import friendly engineer here in perth?
Who have you used and were they any good/helpful to you

On a side note I'm 35mm over width on my wheel track with ma61 14inch wheels, any ideas/ maybe my measurement was wrong
