    Its still working for now.
Had a lot of over heating issues last summer. I hopefully have solved them now.
Batteries are still behaving well, though I am still having issues getting the battery fuel gauge to correctly re-sync when charged.

Will put some more info up at a later date.
You got any pics of your conversion?

    Ok,

Haven't updated in a while, but the car has been running fairly well since all the repairs.

Here's a few picks of new goodies:

    Repaired Zilla:

    Zilla Cooling block

    Big Trans Cooler

Zilla enclosure with fan & inlet filter material

    Everything fixed & looking good

With summer on the way it will be interesting to see how the new cooling rig holds up on those 40 degree days.

using a cheap ebay power meter i have determined that the cost is approximately 5-6c per km which is equivalent to about 3-4L/100km

    what are you getting VA16?

Looking good, such a nice minimal engine bay.
Do you have a build thread or other pics?
To be honist i still havent got round to calculating the exact cost per km.
Since my fokes charge it & they have a 3Kw solar system, I would be exepcting it is very good.
    Will try digup some numbers.

Do those blank areas correspond to components which don't need to be cooled? Or is there some clearance issue with the mating side?

    -V-Na

Blank bits are for Zilla mounting bolts.
From this view, the controller is bolted to the back of the plate with thermal paste.

    -Brett-celicacoupe

Yer those soliton1 controllers look the bomb, the guys at EV works have a few installed in various test vehicles.
Though I still like the separate 'hairball' system that the zilla uses, nicely separates all the HV & LV stuff.

    Hey all,

Been a bit slack at checking in lately.
    Sera is going quite well.
Though 1 cell is giving us a little trouble & may need to be replaced in the not too distant future.

Working on a 1Kw E-bike project now, may throw up a few images in the next few weeks
