2 Weeks out from the AGM. This is a reminder to the Financial members of the Toymods Car Club of the meeting and would like to see as many members there as possible

Kirsty will be in attendance for those wishing to renew on the night ( you need to be a member to vote or to run for a position on the board.

The Board position descriptions have been posted above. I encourage anyone who feels they can be of assistance to the Club and its members and down to the forums and fits in the criteria of one of the positions above to be nominated for a position.

The nominations close on the 9th of FEB and need to be in my hands by that date, however if you feel this is a problem you can PM me for alternate arrangements.

If you wish to place a proxy vote, Please wait until after the 9th (once all the nominated persons are in the top post above) the Proxy votes must be presented prior to voting at the AGM.

Again the Board would like to see a good attendance at the AGM, and would also like to see some new blood on the commitee as new ideas are always welcome

    Regards
    Simon Hall
    Toymods Car Club Secretary.
