Good question... I very much doubt anything glass would bolt straight in, but you might be able to talk to someone in the glass industry and get a panel cut to suit? I'd imagine you'd need to have it cut out with all the holes etc. first (probably water jet cut?), and then heat treated to finish.

would be a good idea to take the glass, and mechanism, from a car that came with a glass sunroof, and adapt it into your car...
that way you can be sure the mechanism will not stress the glass etc.

chances are the roof in that area is not flat? getting non-flat glass made for you sounds like pain...

hmm.. cut roof off avalon.. trim it, then plonk in hole in MA61?

I have also put much thought towards this problem, to replace the chronically rusty ST162 sunroof.

The easiest option i could come up with, would be to use an old bogged sunroof panel as a mould, then pull some fibreglass copies out. (or carbon fibre sunroof for full-sik-bro appeal??)

The easiest option for something clear would be to get some tinted plastic (eg. acrylic etc.) heat moulded to match the curvature of the roof, but again would be a total pain to get right. And would have to be something safety-spec in case of rollovers etc.

Fibreglass copies are definitely the easiest solution.
Either fibreglass or a moulded plastic.

We looked into it, but cbf in the end.

And when you could get the replacment panel from toyota it was a murderous $800. A friend of mine bought a brand new one for a bundera.

If you are looking for other glass ones, try MX83, GZ/MZ20 or UCF11

    UCF11 is Celsior.

forget trying to get a glass one cut down to size though, with toughened glass its just not going to happen, plus the mounting points will likely be way wrong. even cutting a metal one down would be hard enough.

simplest option is remove old rusty roof from said vehicle, bog n sand, use as a plug to make a fibreglass mould, make a million copies and sell to toyota owners everywhere; retire from profits.
the hardest part will be replicating the mounting points on the underside.
