wolf 3d

Hey guys,

Im looking at buying a wolf 3d v4,
i want to run my 4age smallport with it,
but the thing is the ecu is tuned for a 4agze.
I have read the wolf website, user guides, every link i could but couldnt find an answer to my question.
Can i run an N/A with a computer with is tuned for a supercharged motor.
Will i have to send it back to Wolf for them to re flash?

If anyone has any info would really appreciate it,

I recently bought a v4 as well but when I spoke with my tunner apparently they had a few issues with them

Wolf is offering an upgrade on any v4 to a v500 for $1365. which is a fair bit. but if you get a cheap v4 it might be a cheaper way of getting a v500 which retail for $2k

Hey mate, is that the one for cheap on ae86dc? If so, you'd have to talk to Wolf. They can come from factory with a basic map just to get you going, however im not sure which models they have in their line-up. having said that, you could use the loom and ecu, tow it to a tuner and tell them what it is currently tuned for. If it is a common engine such as the 4a they may have a generic map of their own saved on file. Do not however plug it all in and run it. the fel and timing will be all over the shop and you will run the risk of doing serious damage to the motor. BTW - bargain at that price
