8 bolt Toyota would indicate S series which apparently have same axles as zenki T series. Got any pics? And how accurate were your comparison measurements?

skiddz i believe you may have a d series diff head, same t series crown and pinion but smaller diff housing and 8 bolt flange to housing, came out in early ta22 and early rt40 corona.

Hmm, so that would rule out S series. Is it definitely Toyota or just a random centre? From vague memory the pinion flanges were the same from S up to E or maybe F, E which is basically the next size up whould definitely measure different as well.

hmmm maybe it is a random centre but it fits d/s/t series axels it measures the same as my T series, so in my mind if it walks like a duck.... but the different bolts pattern on the housing and the different pinion flange have me confuzzeled

i wont be able to get pics today but ill get some tonight after work

This may be of interest, found it on another forum -

i havn't tried yet, but suspect the same can be done with H190 and F (7.5").
i am sure a KP60 rally car i enquired about on Trade me had a hybrid nissan/subby/toyota solid axle with LSD.
    Could be what you have.

This link here seems to support the interchangability too.
