Default 20v ST headers and 16V T-VIS headers

are there any gains by switching from stock 16v t-vis headers to stock 20v st headers?

    thanks.

    Hi,

I cant say that I have tried it but have had a look at the 2 designs.

It will be much easier to change the oilfilter once you have changed to the 20V headers

apart from the fact that each is designed to suit the flow of that particular head and therefore flow characterstics that will benefit one may not neccesarily be of benefit to the other i think you will also find they have a slightly different bolt pattern.

They certinaly do have a different bolt pattern, although people say that you can make them fit with a bit of filing.

Have a look, in the gasket comparison, the lower gasket is the 20v item, the one wrapped up is for the 16v.
