Default 1JZ-GTE in to an IS200

Hi guys its taken me a bloomin age to get on here (roughly 4 months now) but thanks to cptsideways i can now come on and get the answers im in need of.

A quick bit about me, im currently doing a motorsport engineering degree so me and a friend has set up FP racing to get some racing experience to go with the course.

Have a look here on our webiste for details

    http://www.preponderance.co.uk/Proje...cing/index.php

As you can see i'm dropping the 1JZ into the IS200.

    Currently i know i need
    - Rear sump
    - Engine loom (ive been advise a JZZ30 one as the greedy e manage will plug straight into this)
    - Engine mounts not sure on yet (i have been told i can use 2 passenger side GS300 mounts but it sits quite high and as the car will be track use only i may make custom ones to sit it low and backwards)
    - Gearbox mounts i believe just need a slight modification.
    - Drive shaft mated to a supra one which has the sliding bit in it.

O yeah will be using the R154 box (which needs to be built so am replace the weak point washer with the uprated land cruise one, is this the best option? )

Thats all i can think of now. I think "whatthe??" has done this conversion so he might be my best bet, any other advise is more than welcome.

Many thanks and its great to be able to finally be on here.

    Cheers Elliott

Cheers for the info guy i'll leave it a day or so if those 2 dont see this i'll pm them. Should be looking at around 500hp at the fly as the race series has just put a power limit to make more competetive.
