3tc wont start please help

i thought you rebuilt it?

i thinkyou mayt have put it back together incorrectly perhaps....

maybe take it into work and ask them to have a look.

yeah i did rebuild it, but i looked at 2 manuals i have, the rebuild instructions & refered to information i made while pulling the carby apart

& nothing refers to where it goes.

i have it working fine when i was rebuilding, but i put it in where the throttle cable goes. so i cant leave it there

also the 2t & 3t came stock with levers i think

ask someone to take a picture.

on the KE corollas they have a bracket that bolts onto the bottom of the carby that the spring goes to. perhaps you are missing that

i wouldn't be too concerned of what the right place etc is for it to go. Just get a spring and hook it to something that will make sure it closes the throttle. Pretty easy i think!!!

pretty sure that's basically what they do for CAMS racing things. Just a second throttle return spring hooked onto just about anything!!!

but his throttle isn't closing........
there only needs to be one spring. his spring is ether not there or hooked up wrong...
meh, i give up...

in a few weeks another celica will be on the road as im also goin for my p's on wednesday (only went to RTA today & booked them today)

so soon ill be driving to Queensland for no reason at all
just cruisin hopefully meeting a few toymodders along the way

Yeah, if i had to rely on start ya bastard i wouldn't be driving the car full stop - fix the fucken thing. It aint gonna start your car when that head gasket finally lets go!!! Besides, just keep deoderant with you - does the same thing!@!!
