Wakefield Park Trackday Sat 12th July 2008

Hey Guys,

Basically, it was decided between myself and my extended group of mates it would be a fantastic idea to host a wakefield park track day in July, so after paying the deposit and setting everything in stone ive had about 15 people pull out, mainly due to just being wusses , and now the date is drawing closer and i still dont have the numbers so i thought i would extend the invite to toymods members, i am hoping for 30 - 35 people otherwise i wont have the funds to go ahead with the day.

Looking to get about 12 - 15 people from toymods on board. Date is Saturday (yes its a saturday!) the 12th of July 2008. Cost is set at $200 per car, and this is a whole day event for us to do whatever we please on the track. This includes drift, grip annndddd passengers!

only time we arnt allowed to drift + passengers is tandem.

I would postpone it if i could but saturdays are next to impossible to get! Hence the reason i really dont wanna miss this one due to not enough people in.

Mate, if your 100% keen and wont back out last minute im happy to take it in the week before or even on the day (im having faith here ).

HAHA I wouldnt have it any other way, and insurance requirements state we are not allowed to do it. Im more into grip anyway, but will be having a go at sliding. There a few 4wd & fwd coming so they are out for drift anyhows, all that kind of info can be found on the site:

Looking at running 15 maybe 20 min sessions throughout the day, in two groups of 15 cars. This way we get a good track time and good cool down time and plenty of room between cars. Really wanna avoid car to car accidents. Will mix it up a bit too.
