My car has been running rough as.

repalced o2 sensor
replaced ECU
checked all other sensors
Have got some news from my mechanic about my car.
Telling me that ECU is getting weak voltage from battery and tps when engineis ON. Gets right voltage (12vs?) when ignition is on.
Car runs rough, revs and all but wont go anywhere.
Engine light remains on constantly.
Please help me. Need my car on the road.

how could your car run if the ECU didn't have battery mate?
was told ecu is only getting weak voltage from battery when engine is running.
Can a weak battery be a factor, my boot doesn't closer properly sometimes, so light is always on. And when boot is not closed properly, neon light stays on also.
Could this have drained my battery? I keep forgetting to remove that ghey neon.

remove bulb in boot or fix it to stay closed. and yes, neon = ghey
even so, your alternator should provide 14V
maybe your alternator is fubar? maybe your power cables are fubar? maybe your earth cables/earthing points are fubar?
basically, we can't diagnose if you can't provide more information, and your mechanic should be able to work it out.. or they are not much of a mechanic...
what you need to do, is get in there with multimeter, and work out what is happening where.
what code is being thrown by the ECU for the check engine light to stay on?
start simple, eliminate possible causes.

i got normal opertion when i checked for faults. diagniostic terminals have not been brigded, but check engine light remains on???
I dont know the history of the car, first conversion was done before i got the car. It needs a good going over, could be anything.,
as stu says - lose the neons - disconnect the boot switch
put your battery on charge first of all - leave for a couple of days - start from there.
