i too never had an issue with my direct sales Ed, but you have to agree the amount of us who didnt have problems to those that we know did is a very small ratio,

This is extremely disappointing for two reasons.

This is his business, correct? She just works there. . . .

With a reputation as bad as Kristian, surely you cannot ask people to stop calling, to chase up what is rightfully theirs. As long as frustrations are not vented at her, I dont see a problem.

Many people waiting on their parts have no other means of contacting him, and now you have removed another avenue of contact.

I remember 5-6 years ago on the old forums, he was up to the same tricks. Its bloody disapointing he is still floating around doing the same things.

If you dont want the address listed on the Toymods Forum, that is another matter, but you have not stated this.

Apparently Frustrations HAVE been vented at her so for HER saftey alone it has been removed.

There are other means of contact, Everyone has his mobile number.

The 2 people waiting on their stuff have had come contact,

One is getting his money back and the other has a postal reference number to track.

Now I am NOT condoning what he has done at all,

Not only has it taken considerable time away from the board members trying to sort it out, But also has the whole forum up in Arms now.

Now as for why he is still floating, He has already been banned from here but has done the wrong thing and signed up with a different user name, Which we only found out about after this thread was started. He has been allowed to stay ONLY so people have a means of contact with him.

The board has done everything in their power to help the members get what is rightfully theirs, But I'm Sorry I don't feel right about allowing people to contact and vent their frustrations to an innocent party.
