What shits me is when you help someone out with free parts and ask them to cover the the fraight!

They get the parts and never pay up up for the fraight. Thats just low!

I might not have same day service but a least i'm honest.

I had someone send me a free part once and said I would cover the frieght if it was the right part. I tried to get in contact with them to pay the frieght but I didn't get a response

It's not about the few $ fraight.But if you say you are going to pay fraight you should.

In your case all you can do is ask for banks details and say thankyou.
A thankyou goes a long way and think ppl forget that sometimes.

supposed to of been sent buy thursday, nothing so i spammed him and he now said its "out of the car now so i can send it", i then spammed him 10 times with :I dont fcuking care about your excuses I just want it here" to which he responded "i will express post it ASAP, i will be in touch"

We have not heard from him since his last message That I posted.

He was told then that if we didn't recieve the responce that we would be looking into legal action.

I will give him until Monday afternoon to Supply the numbers I am after and then see what else I can do after that.

But yeah, Keep spamming his mobile/home any other numbers you have for him, He is bound to give in eventually.

A cunning stunt would be to smack him at his own game. Make a fake ebay ID, bid up his auction HUGE and he'll get spanked with massive fees.

You'll get his adress to send payment to, and you can rock up and collect your stuff

Nah, you don't get his address, and ebay's autobidding system will prevent you from using just 1 fake ebay id to bid up big. Not a bad idea though, but I don't think the excecution will work so well.
