Both times I've been on this cruise I've followed someone who's supposed to know the way of sorts out of Manly and still ended up on Harbord Rd, good to see the official route has been changed to reflect this now

I think Harboard rd is a good idea, heaps more direct. Traffic can be pretty heavy coming upto the pittwater rd lights though...

an alternative route could be to go up through Alambie Heights and then down the Wakehurst Parkway through to Narrabeen. Pittwater Rd is a nightmare nowadays.

Mr Witzlburger used to be able to get us a pretty good deal on CB radios... I'm sure someone here can do you better than $300

I've seen pairs of hand-held CBs for like $30. Although you might be referring to the full DIN dash setup, in which case $300 is more like it.

you can't get lost from out west, get on the M4 head to city, get off at Centenary Drive/Homebush bay drive. Take next left (Australia Ave) and park in same carpark on right as a 68 Crown Wagon
