How many litres per 100 on a 1J

looking at buying a 1J Cressi and wanted to know what people are getting per 100km.

people with cressi's are good hower supra's soarer info would be good

Mine is in a MA70 supra manual.

On a trip (lots of steady k's) its good for about 9L per 100.
Around town 11+ depending how it's driven...

My VVti JZ gets around 12l/100km
best i can get is 10l/100km
i only drive on 80 roads with plenty of traffic lights in between

i think a stock 1j cressy gets roughly the same l/100km as the 7m.

as for ours, 80L lasts 150k's.

13~15 round town, 10 on the freeway, as long as the o2 sensor is working. Pretty average really, the torque convertor would prolly be the biggest contributing modification.
I say hit it with an ECU of the adj. variety.

Damn straight. I get the same as bigworm in the TT Soarer. Really giving it to it, 18liters +.

2JZ in the MX83 was around 10.5L per 100km, in contrast to the 7M which was about 14.5...
Towing a 2 ton trailer it was about 22L/100km

mine is about the same as bigworm.
seems to get the best economy on shell 98 also

Yeah 13~15 on the freeway, pretty dismal. I changed it on one of my Sydney trips & ended up fitting a brand new mitsubishi one, which wired up & worked ok.
