members threads!!

this is directed to the mods
i had a members thread up
and it got removed because of a burnout pic or something
now before you rush into conclusions wouldnt u think you
A: would pm the owner of tha thread telling him to remove that pic and then the thread casn stay up
or B: block the thread till its fixed
or as u guys do is C is delete the thread and most times dont even tell the members its gone til they find out but now nicely mos contacted me sayin my thread was removed
but seriously people put alot of work into putting members threads up and you guys just come along and delete it
cant u guys just tell us if there is a bad pic in and we can fix it and its all good instead of deleting
now can my thread be put back up so i can fix it up??

Frankly Gu11ty.

You have been asked on numerious occations not to post pictures of illegal activities and yet you continue to do so.The board is kind of tired of asking and being ignored so your thread was deleted.

Toymods DOES NOT condone or support illegal activities and as a club, already have a hard enough time stopping us being branded as Hoon's as it is. Your pictures do not help matters.

unless you can prove it actually is a privately owned road, it will be assumed to be a public road by cops who read these forums (and are members of this forum). and who know where you live based on your rego etc...

you need to be more aware of what you are posting perhaps?

perhaps burnout pics from a burnout comp are ok.

but...

toymods is not a burnout club. toymods is a club for responsible car modifiers.
fair enough some members are into that kind of thing, but it is not behaviour to be encourage on roads... comps yes, roads no...

can you get that?

edit: and any road that has public access, even if it is privately owned, is still considered public road for the purposes of law enforcement..
can you prove that this is a restricted area, with no public access, that is exempt from the road laws in australia? if you can't, please remove your avatar pic.

why can't you be more responsible about the things you post up?
you know it is not tolerated by toymods.
you still put it up.
there is nothing stopping you from starting a members ride without content that shows illegal activities.
so.. go post

it should not be up to the mods to remove your illegal content (although in this case they did ), as there is an onus of responsibility on YOU to not post it in the first place. otherwise, you lose your right to post...

same as you have a responsibility to drive safely on the road, otherwise you will lose your licence. ie, you lose your right to drive..... oh wait...

its not that i ignore the mods its just this is the 1st time a mod has actually told me what i did wrong
my other threads that hve been deleted which is like 1-2 they have jsut gone and noone told me why
im not bitching im just sayin i spent a while makin that thread
why cant it jsut be put back up and i can remove the pix
