Craig, for more information on what the food is like: http://www.eatability.com.au/au/sydney/lowenbrau.htm

Just remember that it is a 3 course meal so $42 is pretty fair imo. Alternatively, you could have dinner elsewhere and come for a non-alcoholic beverage and watch Stitt make an arse of himself (I sure hope Glen is bringing Amanda along teehee)... Oh, and Clint will be there. Enough said.

$42 dollars is a fair bit. Is the food really that good or does everyone just like it so much because of the beer- we don't drink so the company better be good.
I've eaten there several times and the food is well worth the money. They are large portions as well, you will not go away feeling hard done by at all.

Well guys I've spoken to Dong and he has been quite busy and unable to get online

Deposits are not required I asume this is because we went last year and this year they don't require a deposit.

Anybody is still able to come. Dong has to still 100% confirm numbers with Lowenbrau so if you would still like to come just post in this thread or shoot Dong (blacksupra) a msg.

looking fwd to it see you all there

Yes, I miss 'fest. I won't miss beer, that's what lunchies is on Thursday.

As for the EDFC stuff, I'll fly in at 10:15PM tonight, but I should be available tomorrow morning at Dong's folks.

I'll see what I can manage for ya... I should be able to get away from work around 9 or 10 am (it's near Dong Snr's place)

I'm definitely still in for beer & schnitzel. I guess I'll move one rank up the prettiest men there (I need all the help I can get )

How are peeps planning on travelling?

I'm not the keenest on trying to get pub transport back home again all the way to Blacktown...

Any chance of crashing at someone's joint? All I need is floor space.
