    hi
    i've got a gz10 and i was thiking of transferring the 2jz out of my mz20.
    will that be an easy job?
    The z20 is using a70 engine mounts and diff. will that go in the z10?
    And wat else do i need to look for (custom wise).

    Depends what you call easy

    Engine mounts = NO

    Diff = NO

    Custom = Engine mounts, IC piping, , exhuast, coolant hoses, wiring, tailshaft, tunnel bashing & gearbox xmember (depending on gbox), also need to swap sump to a front sump.

    A few people have quite detailed build threads on MA61 or MZ12 etc with 2JZ, have a read of these is my suggestion

    Cheers

    your better off selling your GZ20 with 2JZ to someone and then starting a fresh with an aristo motor...at least then you have the right sump
