Speed Cut Defender for 1UZ FE ???????

Hi all, was out the other day having a bit of fun with a VN 5.0L Calais and run out of puff at 180k.

Guess it was the speed limiter in the SC400 ECU?

Got any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

Jim suggests a Speed Cut Defender.

Are these universal or do they have to be specific for model and or engine/ECU?
