I would have, but I wanted to wait until after the Wakefield Park day to decide depending on how the car felt. I don't think the gearbox condition would suit a hillclimb course unfortunately, quick shifting is not the order of the day for me right now . I'll still come out and have a look though.

By definition you are getting more value for your money competing - you are spending more time on the hill!

I'll be officiating on the day, come and say hello!

    Timetable.
    Scrutineering from 8:30am
    Racing from 10:00am
    Lunch 12:30ish 30mins normally
Racing until 4:00pm normally barring any incidents on the last couple of runs.
    Presentation about 5:00pm

Normally we try and get in 6 runs, but if there are incidents then this can go down (like the state round earlier this year, 2 big crashes and some mechanical problems meant 4 runs only)

Hope to see lots of Toymodders there.

not bringing out the AW11? I wouldn't mind having a look at it.

Was a great day out, steve, dylan and myself turned up to support nathan in his 1jz ma61 and rob in his 4k p00 mobile.

There were some scary fast cars which was confirmed later in the afternoon when unfortunetly there was a large accident involving an open wheel jedi race car that saw the track closed, racing cancelled and a large fleet of emergency vehicles attending the scene.

The accident sounded serious, so i hope the driver is ok and pulls through. It's bad enough that we have already lost one great toymodder this week.

The event is something people should definetly look at attending in the future!
