    you must have your full license to run the bike tghough, as they check your lic for the riders.
    cars....just fill in the form, and go thru scruitineering and your done,

    is scrutineering the same for the burnout comp as it is for the racing? I'd probably get denied racing due to an oil leak (which is a good reason to not go on the track) but if the burnouts are a bit more lax then hmmmm
