Default 4age carby fed in ke10 rolla help

i think im going to keep my ke10 that i have started to fit a 4age in

a couple of questions if anyone can help.

ok at the moment its got twin 40mm solex carbs on it and they dont quite clear the brake cylinder. anyone know of another one that will fit in its placfe with maybe the lines runing on the left hand side or out the front??

and also to anyone that may have done this conversion
i believe im using an ae71 gearbox the hydralic one and the slave seems to not want to fit in with the steering arm??
any ideas on what to do..

im also thinking i may have to sell or swap the carbies for injection just to make it fit..
if your in adelaide and interested feel free to let me know.. id like to stick with carbys but if injection is easier to fit i may do that..

    cheers

Seeing as no one else has anything to say-
IMHO my carbs have more clearance (in an AE-86) than the stock RWD EFI manifold, and I ASSUME more clearance than a cut-n-shut. So if your having clearance issues with carbs, it'll be more so with an EFI manifold. Would you have sufficient room if you mounted the carbs on an angle? Though as I remember, you can't get away with much more than 5° off horizontal... I'm assuming sidedrafts BTW.

    Cheers!
