Well, I'll be seeing you guys down there, I've managed to source a borrowed car to get down in. Obviously my mate knows me too well, as he gave me the slushmatic EB Falcon wagon instead of his WRX which still had track brake pads in...

What time do these days start?

Considering Shane's last visit there, I'd put money on him out-breaking, and out-braking you.

    Same goes for Matt

Cool cool, see you all at the servo bright and early tomorrow morning and the rest of you at the track.

Steve, these days usually kick off around 9am, so we're aiming for an 8:30am arrival.

Blake, thanks for that info, it's what I suspected - pretty pricey for some passenger seat laps.

    Cheers,

    Shane.

Yep, had an awesome time. The lexus went like clockwork all day and I got a ride in Shane's very quick little rolla. Steve hand timed a lap or two for me during a session when I got stuck behind slower cars every lap, and reckoned 1.15. Plenty of room for improvement once the new brakes go on!

Edit - Anyone get any pics or vids from today?

Wish I could have heard it from outside. It sounded pretty good inside the car though
