thrust bearing - are you referring to the release bearing for the clutch, the spigot bearing or an internal bearing in the box? (just making sure)

rear main seal is simple - have loads of them

any auto parts place should have these... i always just ask my local guy for the gearbox rear main seal and he knows what im after...

as for the thrust bearing i am yet to find a place that will only sell that part, it usually comes with the pressure plate as a set, you can get the clutch plate seperately... i think i have a brand new thrust bearing at home that i dont want, let me know if you want it and ill check to make sure iv got it

    cheers

the clutch release/ thrust bearing is "brg2155" also known as "gsb342". you should be able to get one from a clutch place. it as a fairly common bearing in toyotas

Maybe the part number for the clutch bearing is 90363-38084, but there are 2 types so maybe its wrong.

The rear seal is 90311-32086 (same part as for KE30, KE35 etc) but you don't need to know this. If you go into the Toyota dealership they can look it up you know. (Well i hope they can, some parts interpreters are actualy quite dumb.) If you go to Repco, the Toyota number is not going to help.
