Fuel filter, plugs, etc as well. I had a heap of shit come though the fuel filter in the rona and it hit a wall at like 3000rpm.

Hows it run before 4500rpm is it clean or does it hesitate as well.
    If in doubt power out

shouldnt be the speed cut, mine isnt hooked up and it redlines at 7200 instead of 7700 or something.

replace your fuel filter, how does it run under 4500?

id suggest cleaning up the earth where the igniter and coil is bolted to. Maybe even move them. get some sand paper and sand the bolting point to bare metal.

If you have a mate with a smallport, try swapping coils for a day and see if it goes away. I was having lots of hesitating issues and i changed the coil ( to another second hand one) and it went away. But i also moved it and cleaned up some earths.
