    3S-GTE Gen 3

    Top End Modifications:
    Wade 268 degree 10mm lift cams
    Ferrea 1mm oversize valves
    Bowl and throat corrected for larger valve
    Performance Springs upgraded valve springs
    Engine Logics adjustable cam gears

    Bottom end modifications:
    Arias forged 86.5mm pistons, 9.1:1 compression
    Eagle forged conrods
    ACL race bearings
    Fully balanced

    Forced induction:
    Garret GT3582R .82AR exhaust
    Custom top mount Road Runner Fabrication exhaust manifold
    ST205 water to air intercooler with ST205 pump and PWR front mount radiator
    21 psi boost

    Management:
    Apexi Power FC
    Sard 850cc side feed injectors
    MSD Digi 6+ ignition
    MSD coil

    Fuel used
    BP Ultimate

    Intake:
    Pod filter on the snout of the turbo

    Exhaust:
    3 inch dump pipe
    5 inch catco metal cat
    RSR cannon

    Driveline:
    ORC Twin Plate clutch
    E153 late model LSD gearbox

    18 Psi - 193RWKW (peak) but can be better once ignition is sought out

    Port + Polish, Shaved head, 1mm head gasket, polished + angle cut valves

    Bottom end modifications:
    shaved, balanced and treated parts, o/s pistons est 2035cc capcity

    Forced induction:
    Stock CT26 (1998 GT4) AKA CT20b


    Management:
    Apexi Power FC GEN 3 afm removed

    Fuel used
    98 Octane SHell

    Intake:
    5" K&N Filter on 5" Pipe to reducer

    Exhaust:
    3" Aussie Dump Pipe
    2x Resonators

    Driveline:

    Stock - JDM ECU
    Disabled ECU TVSV.
    Turbosmart Dual Stage Manaul Boost controller.
    Timing changes made during tuning by www.tunehouse.com.au

    Fuel used
    Shell Racing Extreme - 100 octane

    Intake:
    St205 WTA Intercooler,
    St205 pump running full time
    HKS Intake mushroom
    GFB BOV

    Exhaust:
    Aftermarket 2.5in from dump pipe back i belive. Was fitted to car when I got it.

    Driveline:
    Stock Awd JDM drivetrain and gearbox. (E150F Gearbox)
    TTR (Neal Bates Automotive) HD Clutch.

    the whole engine setup is stock bar the basic exhaust and intake mods. the engine itself has probably done about 80,000k's since its last major rebuild. just a good indication of what a stock 3s-ge will put out number-wise
    As they say in the book, assembly is the reverse of dismantling, but slower cos you forgot where all the bits are

    ~50,000km old gen 4 beams 3SGE from an ST202 celica

    Top End Modifications:
    none
    Bottom end modifications:
    none

    Management:
    standard ECU

    Fuel used
    BP Ultimate

    Intake:
    repco panel filter in standard airbox, haha.
    Also note that the low RPM leanness was caused by a vaccuum leak which has since been fixed.

    Exhaust:
    TOMS extractors, cat replaced with piece of pipe, standard muffler

    Driveline:
    cusco flywheel, exedy 5 puck clutch, rebuilt gen 5 SW20 gearbox with cusco LSD
