NOTICE OF 2006 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Monday 20th February, 2006

AGENDA

1. Ordinary Business

a) Annual Financial Report
Receipt of the annual financial report for the year-ending 31st January, 2005.

b) Election of Committee Members
As per nominations received to elect a committee to run Toymods for 2006.




NOTES:
• To be eligible to vote you must be a current financial member. Membership renewals will be taken on the night prior to the meeting commencing.
• A nomination form is enclosed for those wishing to nominate someone for a committee position.
• For those that cannot make it but still wish to have a vote please fill in the enclosed proxy form and nominate someone to hold your vote or send it to the Club for the chairman to hold your vote.

Please note everyone : Board Nominations must be received by this coming Monday (13th February).

If you are intending to run for the Board and have not had time to send the Nomination papers in by Thursday/Friday this week (keep in mind that Aus Post can be notoriously slow at times) please PM me to discuss alternative arrangements.
